The 2010 Election Forum project is cleaning up on awards in 2011.

At the April 2011 Alberta Library Conference in Jasper we received the Punch Jackson Award for Excellence in Library Service, from the Library Association of Alberta; and the Minister's Award for Innovation in Public Library Service.

And at the May 2011 Canadian Library Conference in Jasper, the Library won the Canadian Library Association / Information Award for Innovation in Technology.

Thanks to these organizations and companies for these honours.  We're proud that RDPL is being recognized for this project.  Congratulations to Candice Marchand, who managed the project, to Cory Stier and his IT and marketing staff, and to the volunteers that helped us make this such a successful project.
