Keeping streets usable.

The city needs to do more to keep the residential streets clear of snow. The challenge is to find the money for improved snow removal.

G.H. Dawe

I would like some clarification on your remark regarding overspending on the G.H.Dawe centre.  I was under the impression, and I could be mistaken, that it came in on budget and on time. What do you mean by overspending?   Could I have something more  specific please.

Thank you

Build facilities to last.

The point that I was making is that we should build our facilities to last. I worked as an electrical apprentice at the G.H. Dawe pool when it was original built in the early 1980’s. The renovation on the pool was conceived and approved less than 30 years from when it was first constructed. I feel that the tax payer would be better served if we construct facilities that last for at least 50 to 100 years.

Fluoride in city water

Hi.

If you are elected, and the question gets put to a council vote, will you vote AGAINST fluoride in our city water?

Thanks.

Less is better

Neil,
I personal feel that the less additives that we put in our city water the better.  I am gathering opinions on this subject from the public as I go door to door and at the Red Deer Market and will get back to you shortly on how I would vote.

Thanks
