I would like to take an opportunity to offer a formal recommendation and support for Clarence Torgerson in his campaign for election to the Red Deer City Council.

Mr. Torgerson has always acted in a professional manner, is considerate, approachable and good to work with. He is considerate of the limited resources of non-profits in his interactions with us.

I believe Clarence Torgerson exhibits many of the qualities that are essential for a good Councillor. I feel that he would be an excellent representative of the business and community sectors.

It has been my pleasure to have known Clarence Torgerson for some 30 years. Over that time I have found him to be a conscientious businessman of high ethical standards. Clarence is forthright in expressing his views, and voters will always know where he stands on issues facing the City.

As a property manager, Clarence has always been keenly aware of the responsibility that comes with spending the money of other people, and I am sure he will carry that same perspective with him to City Council.

I have known Clarence Torgerson for over 40 years and have found him an honest, trustworthy and punctual person. He has a good business head on his shoulders and will provide the citizens of Red Deer good value for their tax dollars.

Clarence has the ability to sort out the “have to’s” from the “want to’s” and use your tax dollars to the best advantage.

He has the time and will work to provide value to Red Deer.
